Ethereum

Wallets, developer education, and privacy infrastructure on Ethereum.

Neighborly got me interested in Ethereum. Building municipal-finance software meant working with banks, clearing brokers, and systems few people could inspect or explain. A shared ledger, user-controlled custody, and settlement without layers of intermediaries offered practical answers to problems I’d worked on.

I followed those questions into a wallet at Fetch, then six years at the Ethereum Foundation: building ethereum.org, leading MACI, and running the applied-cryptography lab at PSE. The writing and talks here follow that work, from learning to build on Ethereum to making privacy part of its infrastructure. I’m still interested in where it can help public institutions, and where a simpler system is the better answer.
