Public goods
Funding public infrastructure and building open tools and knowledge.
At Neighborly, I helped build a platform that let residents invest in local public infrastructure through municipal bonds. Schools, streets, and a fire engine were concrete reasons to make that market easier to access.
At ethereum.org, the public resource was knowledge: free documentation and tools that anyone could use or improve. My work with MACI and clr.fund addressed funding, helping communities support shared infrastructure through quadratic funding rounds. The Ethereum Localism Buenos Aires proposal brings those questions back to a city: what already exists, who needs support, and how people could fund useful work together.
